• The balance of the payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event. Payment can be made by credit card, company check, or cashier's check.
• If paying by credit card, the approved credit card authorization form must be completed.
• The 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
• No-Show groups will forfeit their deposit.
