To confirm and hold the venue, the following payment guidelines apply:

  • A 50% deposit of the estimated event charges, based on the arrangements specified herein, is required.
  • The balance of the payment is due at least 7 days prior to the event. Payment can be made by credit card, company check, or cashier's check.
  • If paying by credit card, the approved credit card authorization form must be completed.
  • The 50% deposit is nonrefundable.
  • No-Show groups will forfeit their deposit.
